Blue Leaf Guide

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the cosmetology education mobile application provided by Blue Leaf Guide (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, subscribing to the App, or using any portion of the service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or of legal age), have read and understood these Terms, and will comply with all applicable laws.

2. Description of Services

The App provides digital educational tools and study modules. The App is not a substitute for formal schooling or professional training, and we make no guarantees regarding academic or professional outcomes.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 Unauthorized Use

Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment

4.1 Subscription Access: Premium content requires a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.

4.2 Billing: Payments are processed via Apple, Google, Stripe, or approved partners. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

4.3 Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or store policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content is the exclusive property of the Company. You receive a limited, revocable license for personal, educational use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to circumvent security, use automated bots/scrapers, interfere with service integrity, or engage in fraudulent behavior.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” basis. We disclaim any warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or guaranteed professional outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 90 days.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, access is revoked and no refunds will be issued.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates are effective upon posting within the App.
